The Hells Kitchen and Namor

Since acquiring the rights to Punisher, Blade, Ghost Rider, Hell's Kitchen, Elektra, King Pin and many other characters Fox has failed to make hit. As a result they gave up there rights.  Fox remains in control of X-Men and Fantastic four but Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, King Pin, Elektra, Dare Devil, Punisher, Blade, Ghost Rider, Black Heart are all premium additions to the MCU.   Marvel/Disney has already prepped the creation of Netflix series for Cage, Iron Fist, DD and Jessica Jones.  The Defenders will conclude these 13 hr. a piece Netflix series.   Hells kitchen is rich with potential and there's a chance we could see hints or Easter eggs to these characters as soon as 2015 with Marvels Ant man.   Other rumors are linking Namor (universal) to marvel, if Marvel pulls in Namor they gain another valuable piece, Namor is one of the remaining A/B Hero's unused in the MCU or X-Men universes.  Although its worth noting Oracle, Namor's company has had signs in the background of Iron Man 1 and 2.   In Iron Man 3 Fing Foom was granted a billboard as well.  Namor is the equivalent to aqua man but much more well manly.  Namor is a genius and member of the Illuminate in the comics.  Foom is definitely owned by Marvel but is unlikely to appear as a villain or a character.  He is pretty much a Chinese dragon.
